Clean your filters

Keep temperature and humidity regulated
Ideally, you should be keeping your indoor humidity between 40 to 50% to help prevent the occurrence of mold growth within your home. Mold is a major aggravator and health hazard for people who have allergies. Additionally, keeping the temperature regulated will keep spores and pollen from multiplying.
Don’t be afraid to get some fresh air
Even if you can’t bear the temperature outside, it’s better for you than you think to get fresh air once in a while, even for just five minutes or so. Your body needs fresh air to be its healthiest — and spending just a few minutes outside every day won’t worsen your allergies.
