Neil Brunskill, president of A2Z Houston Locksmith LLC, has been in the industry for half a decade. We sat down with him to find out a little more about his business and how he got his start.
Could we start with you giving us a description of what it is you and your company do?
A2Z Houston Locksmith is a full service Lock and safe company. Now, a lot of people are not sure what that means or they have limited knowledge of what a company like ours actually does. Our locksmith field is broad, we are not just “lockout guys.” A2Z Houston Locksmith is an innovative and security conscious company. We use the most up to date tactics and knowledge to provide the best solutions for Commercial, Residential, and Automotive locksmithing.
Are there many significant differences between the three?
For residential we can simply rekey your house or install Medeco High security locks making you the most secure house in your community. Commercial business includes services from door repair to proximity badge access control systems, so you can manage your employees and building access. For automotives, if you have that old project car where you need a key made or a brand new car that you lost your remote start proximity fob, we can do that also. Very cool, we’ve all been there! With respect to running your own company, where do you get the most satisfaction?
We pride ourselves on knowledge of the lock and safe industry. We love nothing more than to take our clients from being worried about their security at their home or office and giving them the peace of mind of being secure. The reward for us is in the customer! There are many times when my staff and I sit back at the end of a busy week, talking about the jobs we were on and what we did — this allows us to always evolve our skills to do better ourselves. Our work is not done when we leave our client, it lives on with us so we can build relationships and trust with all our clients, big and small. The reward in our business is our customers.
